God's goodness in the past and present.

I continue to reflect on God's goodness, mercy and favour in my life.I summed up in my email as follows:br> God's work in my life continues and I praise him for:
~ God blessed me with wonderful people who strengthened me and made my life rich.
~God blessed me with wonderful heritage-wonderful grandparents who were so affectionate to me and loved me so very much.
~Grandma passed on to be with the Lord on Sept 7 Indian time. 91 years of age and richly blessed.
~Blessing me with a job in a financial company on Sept 7.2010.Pacific time. This was according to his word.I have been praying half heartedly but the Lord is so rich in His mercy to fulfill all His promises.I had made it serious goal in asking God for a job everyday. I made a list and pasted on the wall.He granted all of them.One day I received a prophetic word on the television(march-april-may) by a Pastor called Kim Clement and he said, God thinks good thoughts about you and the time between May and October is very favourable time. I decided to beleive that and I was just waiting for october to come. Soon I was blessed with a tutor's job at sylvan within three months of my prayer request.I worked for the summer and it was an interesting expereince. Later i attended two interviews at this financial company.the first one went by fruitlessly and the disappointment was there. Later for the second interview.... I went with great apprehension and finished my interview with the best of my ability.That night Grandma passed away and I was kind of sad and happy for her because she suffered a little at 91 yrs of age.Next day afternoon I heard from the consulting company and they offered me the job.Later I realized that God blessed me with a job at a convenient place very close to my house(and this also was one of my prayer requests).
~In begining of March of 2010,my husband returned from India and was laid off from work.That was a stressful time for us and as a family we started praying and we asked for a job within a month and true to His word, my husband was interveiwed on march 24 andGod's favour was upon him and he was blessed with a job within the same company he was working earlier and he was blessed with a better position and a wonderful manager. In the previous position he had challenging people and there arose a situation where all others were given bonuses and he wasnt given any and soon he was laid off. But God worked around this situation and lead him to a better opportunity as a Lead. True promotion comes from the Lord and we are grateful to God for that.
~I thank God for every answered prayer, for being so faithful to us in all His promises.
~ There are innumerable instances of Intimate miracles from God from the past till date:br> ~God blessed me with wonderful parents and grandparents who are prayerful and I thank God for this heritage.
~I got married to a life partner who was on the contrary to me but God turned him around and turned him wonderful.He is still working in my husband.God brought me close to Himself through my husband.
~I made bad choices and God sustained me.
~When things were bleak,God gave me hope and renewed my faith.
~When we had trouble with visa issues, He answered our prayers multimple times.
~When we were alone, He provided us with good and God loving friends who encouraged and supported us.
~In jobless situations, He was faithful.
~When the dates to apply for I485(GC processing) closed, He not only blessed my husband with a job but also opened the doors again for us to reapply.
~In my marriage, when things went wrong God made them right again and continues to do so.
~When my husband visited India, he got the shock of his life when people turned against him,who denied him what rightfully belonged to him but God worked on his behalf.He provided him with people who supported him and also restored what belonged to him.
~Right after my husband came back from India, he was laid off and miraculously within a month God blessed him with a better job nearby.
~~God blessed me with a tutor's job and above all He blessed me with good people who beleive in me.
Intimate miracles: when God has made something good out of what seemed to be an impossible situation~Kirsten Armstrong. What I have learnt:
1.God is good all the time.He is faithful to ALL His promises to ALL HIS CHILDREN.
2.He makes all things beautiful in His time.
3.He's got a great future planned for every one of us and we have to wait on Him and make wise choices to reach there.
4.He is my Father,my Saviour,my Redeemer,my Exceeding Reward,my ALL, my Friend,my Rewarder,my Reward is with Him, my Defender,my Comforter,my Provider,my Shepherd. 5.I hope in times of distress/disappointments/discouragements, I will look back on this list and encourage myself how God was so faithful to help me out and He is a rewarder of those who willingly seek Him.
